Do you have previous processing experience or knowledge of capital markets? Are you bilingual in English and French and interested in Customer Service roles? Do you have previous banking or finance experience? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 4 month contract in Montreal. This role has the potential to be converted into a permanent based on performance!

Pay: $19.50/hour
Hours: Range anywhere from 9am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/wk - 1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Reconciliation of foreign exchange deal terms for various regulatory jurisdictions (Canada, US & European markets)
- Credit monitoring - ensuring that all trades are valid
- Debrief trade details with customers over the phone
- Interacting with the front office (sales reps, traders), back-office (settlements, investigations, etc.) - less than 10 people per day

Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bilingual in French and English
- 1-2 years of experience in a operations/process focused environment with knowledge of capital markets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent Communication Skills - Oral & Written

Nice to Have Skills:
- Customer service or call centre experience
- Knowledge of trading products (Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, etc.)
- Experience in the financial industry
- Experience in a front or back office
- University degree in a finance/accounting field is an asset
