Our client, a major distributor of commercial equipment for construction is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service representative to join their their Inside Sales team in Pointe-Claire location.

Responsibilities
- Receive telephone calls from customers and suppliers;
- Analyze customer requests (equipment, service, transportation, etc);
- Prepare bids in the ERP system including rentals;
- Prepares quotations in the ERP system, including rentals; forwards quotations to the customer along with all relevant documentation;
- Ensure that parts required for repairs are ordered and received in time to complete repairs within the

-Faire the follow-up of the file with the representative, the customer and the supplier;
- Receive customer orders and create the order or rental contract in the ERP system;
- Save all documents relevant to each file on the network;
- Place the purchase order with the supplier (parts and equipment);
- Organize transportation between the supplier/customer and the company and vice versa;
- Make sure that the rental returns are entered into the system and that the associated work orders are opened;
- Verification of parts and equipment invoices before sending them to the customer and generate invoices
from rental returns whether they are one time or monthly;
- Participates in departmental meetings and organizational practice improvements;
- Participate in departmental meetings and improve organizational practices; Involve in supplier problem cases, when necessary.
- Assists co-workers with extra workloads;
- Assists in maintaining the list of equipment and accessories for rental;
- Actively participates in the management of the accessories and pumps inventory and related statutes;
- Participates in the evaluation of rental fleet priorities based on demand;
Accountable for the quality of the rental service (complete process).
Qualifications
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience in customer service or inside sales

- You have experience in the field of pumps and pump systems

- You are recognized for your organizational skills, your versatility
versatility, autonomy and sense of priorities;
- You are comfortable working with the Microsoft suite and an
integrated ERP system;
- You are able to work under pressure and manage several

- You are bilingual, both written and oral.
