Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00 pm
Location: Fully remote position.

Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone
- Handling inbound calls from customers
- Some outbound calling for follow ups
- Helping customers with inquiries related to the application process
- Providing application support
- Ensuring company standards are being met or exceeded
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- bilingual in English and French is a must
- 1-2 years customer service experience in a call centre environment
- Customer service in the financial sector is preferred
- Experience problem solving skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
