Responsibilities
Answering calls, fax email, or web inquiries
Processing orders accurately
Advising customers of stock, price, delivery date, order totals, and shipping dates
Maintain accurate customer accounts
Provide customer assistance with website where required
Trace shipments, process returns, advise customers of promotions
Transfer calls to other departments as required
Excellent customer service at every interaction
Qualifications
Spoken and written French and English
Excellent attention to detail
Accurate typing and speed
Experience in MS office
0-3 years of customer service experience
Ability to multi-task
Ability to problem solve
Experience with CRM applications is an asset
