Responsibilities
- Responding to inbound calls from customers
- Assisting with billing, benefits, and contract changes
- Responding to some sales calls with information regarding transactions and various insurance products
- Staying updated on company policy including contracts, provisions, and government regulations to ensure you are providing accurate information to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service at every call
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Call centre experience is a strong asset
- Bilingual in English AND French is mandatory
- Good written French skills
- Technically savvy, with the ability to learn new systems with ease
- Proficient in MS Office suite
