    Location:
    Remote - work from home anywhere in Canada
    You will be given a work station to set up in your home.

    Hours:
    Permanent Full Time position
    Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm
    Occasional Saturdays (overtime available)
    Must be Flexible to work between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm EST

    Salary:
    $45,000k- $49,000k annually

    Responsibilities
    • Resolve any client concerns regarding their account via phones or email
    • Work with internal stakeholders, such as Credit Officers, Administration Officers, and Business Development staff.
    • Monitor and follow-up on escalated call tickets.
    • Participate in special projects and carry out any other general tasks at the request of the leadership or that may be required by their function.

    Qualifications
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma and 1 to 3 years of related work experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment within a financial institution.
    • Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
    • Good knowledge of financial industry
    • Proven customer service skills; solid listening skills in order to address customer’s needs, ability to anticipate needs or problems; ability to problem solving and efficiently finding solutions.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

    • Completion of Investment Funds of Canada course (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
    • Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen Principles, Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is an asset.
