As a customer experience representative, you will be responsible for answering phone inquiries, processing customer orders, and ensuring that all data and records are up to date. You will also be responsible for managing orders through the Oracle system.
Salary: $22 per hour
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Location : Ville Saint-Laurent / near Marché Central,
Start Date: April 2023.

Responsibilities
As a customer experience representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by answering phone and email inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and records in the system. You will work closely with other team members to effectively address customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
In addition to that, your responsibilities will include:
Performing quality control on received frames and matching them with appropriate production trays;
Communicating with the customer to inform them of any changes to their order or any additional delays, obtaining missing information, following up on frames, and informing them of promotions and sales programs.
Qualifications
-The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent oral and written communication in English and French, great attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
-Previous experience in customer service, sales, or order management is preferred.
- The ability to solve customer problems with empathy and professionalism is a key element of this position.
- Knowledge of the Oracle system is an asset.
