Responsibilities
1. Participate in the weekly planning review with the production team.
2. Responds to requests for information from
customers in his/her sector, and provides them
requested documentation.
3. Receives, processes and follows up on customer
orders and, where necessary, advises

4. Informs customers of any delays in order

5. Process and follow up subcontracted orders.

15. Ensure application of and compliance with BRC standards for the maintenance of the food safety program (BRC).
