Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and build a client base
Providing travel support to customers and making outbound calls as required
Advising customers about travel dates, destinations, and accommodations by using expert product knowledge
Selling travel services (domestic/international), including air, hotel, rail, cruises, and car rentals
Follow-ups with existing client base
Staying on top of existing and upcoming trends unique to the travel industry
Qualifications
Bilingual in English AND French is mandatory
1-3 years of experience in customer service/sales preferably in a call centre
Previous experience working in the travel and tourism industry is a strong asset
Previous experience with AMADEUS, MS Office 365, and/or Client Linq
Must have a valid TICO or OPC certification or able to obtain TICO/OPS certification
