Do you have previous customer service or call centre experience? Are you passionate about client service? Looking to gain experience within a banking environment and can speak both English and French? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 6 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay: $17.30/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (37.5)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide professionalism and composure when dealing with clients
- Resolving customer support issues by answering inbound calls, live chats, and emails
- Put customers’ satisfaction first and provide an exceptional customer experience by listening and understanding the customer’s needs, provide a solution
- Navigate our administrator portal, to resolve customer issues promptly
- Coach customers to be product experts and train them on best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
