Do you have previous customer service or call centre experience? Are you passionate about client service? Looking to gain experience within a banking environment and can speak both English and French? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 5 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay: $23/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday anytime between 8am and 8pm. Shifts will be 7.5 hours long

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing customer service to internal and external clients, Advisors and Investors requiring additional support with Investor Services
- Provide professionalism and composure when dealing with clients
- Answering incoming calls
- Interacting with team members
- Participate in monthly meetings and evaluations
- Daily and monthly reporting to management in relation to personal and team metrics
- Escalate problematic issues to management
