Are you passionate about the banking sector and have strong communication skills both in French and English? Do you have previous customer service, call centre, or sales experience and are able to handle a large volume environment? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a new retention team(4 months contract) at a Top 5 bank in Markham. This is a work from home opportunity!

Pay rate: $21.61/ hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8 :00 am - 8:00 pm (shift scheduled within that time)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Take inbound calls relating to customers' credit needs for Credit Protection (Life and CI/DI) on Mortgage, Line of Credit, Loans, and Business Credit.
- Support Credit Protection related inquires using objection handling tools to retain the business
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional customer service to ensure inquiries, and/or issues are managed promptly and effectively under all conditions
- Expected to meet the needs of customers by offering advice/guidance based on their total financial situation and possessing a thorough knowledge of customer/partner life cycle needs
- Engage customers in conversation to understand and meet their current and future insurance and service needs by proactively providing them with information / guidance

Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Client oriented
- 5/5 communication skills
- 2 years customer service/ sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Call center experience (nice to have)
