    We are looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 6 month assignment (with high possibility of becoming permanent).
    The role is on site located in the Burnaby office.
    Monday-Friday, 9-5 work schedule. (Full Time)

    This is a great opportunity for someone who has gotten a fair bit of call center and customer service experience under their belt, and is looking to make a career shift! You'll really enjoy everything this place has to offer!

    Responsibilities
    -Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries
    -Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely
    -Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue
    -Document any issues for future review purposes
    -Utilize CRM database

    Qualifications
    Must be a team player
    2-3 years of customer service or call center experience
    Great communication skills in both English & French is a must
    CRM software experience is an asset
    Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
