We are currently recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives, for our client, a leading Insurance Company, in their Halifax office.

This is a great opportunity for customer service professionals to develop expertise in insurance under the support of experienced managers and trainers.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Answering inbound calls, chats, and/or emails on general customer inquiries
• Customer care
• Processing transactions on specific product lines
• Maintaining records accurately
