    Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
    Duration: Contract to permanent
    Location: Laval
    Salary: 22,50$ hourly
    Schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 / Monday to Friday / 37,5 hours a week.
    Training: 2 to 3 weeks, in office.

    Responsibilities
    - Respond efficiently to customers inquiries
    - Answer calls and emails in a professional manner
    - Provide information regarding the order logistics and manutention.
    - Validate order requests
    - Assist clients and transfer to the right department accordingly.
    - Monitor order status, enter the right codification in the system.

    Qualifications

    - Bilingualism, English and French (written and oral)
