Randstad is in search for Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Markham are to work for a well known company in their office.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity to work in the Markham area for a well known company. To find out more, read below.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday regular business hours (No evenings or Weekends)
Location: Markham
Salary: 40k-45k (Based on experience)

Job duties of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative are, but not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer and clients professionally
- Providing product knowledge and answering any client/customers questions
- Manage clients accounts and make sure all of their needs are met
- Provide conflict resolutions to all customers/ clients
- Updating client and customers profiles after every interaction
- Work alongside with other departments to make sure client and customer needs are met
- Providing top notch customer service on every interaction

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is MANDATORY
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Call center experience is an asset
- Experience with an ERP system is an asset
- Customer focused, outgoing, positive, empathetic personality
- Able to work in a fast paced environment while still providing top notch customer service
- Punctual, and reliable
