-Delivering top-tier customer service via phone
-Responding to inbound customer inquiries
-Conducting outbound calls for follow-up purposes
-Guiding customers through the application process
-Upholding company policies and standards
Qualifications
To excel in this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you possess the following qualifications:
-Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment
-Prior experience in financial customer service (preferred)
-Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
