Randstad is looking for Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work for a well-known Ice Company in their contact center located in Mississauga.

This is a contract going until December 31st with a strong potential of going permanent once the contract is done. They are currently moving closer to Square One to a larger location allowing for more growth. To find out more, read below!

Type: Contract with potential of going permanent
Salary: $18/hour
Location: Mississauga (Derry and 410)
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm (Must be able to work 1 Saturday a month – will get a day off during the week to compensate)

Job duties of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative are, but not limited to:
- Making outbound calls to clients
- Booking delivery times
- Checking up on delivery frequency
- Dealing with some escalated issues
- Making sure deliveries are sent out in a timely manner
- Updating clients profile accordingly
- Providing top notch customer service

- Set hours Monday – Friday 8am-4pm or 9am – 5pm (No evenings!)
