A growing company in the medical industry is looking for a hardworking Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Mississauga team immediately on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:
- Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and email inquiries from medical professionals in Canadian and USA markets
- Entering and processing orders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Keeping records of orders, customer interaction and mail documents
- Troubleshooting products and answering product related questions
- Guide consumers on how to properly take their blood pressure
- Provide input to improve process, working instructions and procedures


Do you have the right qualifications?
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience in order management
- Must be fluently bilingual English/French
- Adaptable, poised and flexible
- High level of patience, empathy, and an excellent sense of initiative
- Proficient in MS Office
