A well known pharmaceutical company in Mississauga is looking for a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team immediately on a contract for 6 months.

What will you be doing?
- Handling inbound calls from hospitals, pharmacies, patients, and various health networks regarding products and services to assist the chronically ill
- B2B and B2C calls (must be comfortable handling both as you will be speaking with healthcare professionals)
- Follow up with clients by phone and email
- Daily use of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Order management including processing and tracking of orders
- Answer general inquiries regarding products and services

Who are you?
- Customer focused with a passion for providing the best possible experience for clients
- Fully fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
- B2B inbound customer service experience is an asset
- SAP experience is a must have as you will be using SAP daily
- Excellent communication as you will be interacting with customers mainly by phone
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and strong typing skills
- Medical/pharmaceutical experience is considered a strong asset
- Empathetic and patient with a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work well in a team and independently
