Responsibilities
Job Duties of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative are, but not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls (roughly 30 a day)
- Answering incoming emails from clients
- Provide product knowledge to customers and clients
- Provide information on pricing and any promotions going on at the time
- Order processing in the system
- Updating payment information and sending off invoices
- Providing top-notch service on every call
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (Oral and Written)
- Min 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Order management experience is an asset
- SAP experience is an asset
- Problem solving, quick thinker
- Able to work well on a team
