Randstad is hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in Mississauga, ON. We are looking for excellent multitaskers who enjoy working with numbers and aren't afraid of handling complex orders. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and French (both verbal and written) and willing to work fully onsite.

Responsibilities
- Enter incoming orders and ship dates into JDE software
- Check orders for price history and tax before going to invoicing
- File orders after they have been invoiced
- Create P.O’s for install, office & shop supplies
- When required be the person of contact for Customer Service/Inventory/Outbound Freight
- Maintain sales open order report – follow up with sales reps and suppliers when needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/French) required
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience with purchase order generation and/or order entry is an asset
- Experience with MS Office and strong data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
