Duties and Responsibilities
-Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries for their sites
-Trouble shoot/ diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely
-Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue
-Document any issues for future review purposes
-Schedule technicians for onsite support
-Complete work orders
-Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards
