We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work in Ottawa- South! You’ll be responsible for providing top notch customer service to each client, by phone and in-person, coordinating between the sales team and the showroom, some logistics and quotes as well!

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors to the showroom.
- Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties.
- Organize, schedule and consult with customers regarding slab selections/views online and in person.
- Assist with accounts and/or dealers with color selections in the showroom including scheduling and coordinating.
- Coordinate and organize pick ups as needed for all accounts and dealers in conjunction with Account Managers.
- Type reports as required.
- Coordinate special projects, and events as required.
- Accept and monitor inbound small deliveries as necessary.
- Document all customer communication in Moraware
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of o1ffice experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to interpret job cost reports.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a minimum of supervision.
- Customer focus, collaborative team player and ability to adapt to change.
