Responsibilities
• Primary communication link to customer.
• Analyze cost, quantity and other details on customer request
• Support account managers with customer quote requests
• Validate and react to performance ratings from customers
• Verifies inventory and notifies Purchasing when low stock
• Routes orders to departments for filling and follows up to ensure on-time shipping
• Informs shipping of packing or labeling requirements for customer shipments
• Initiates and provides all Return Goods Authorizations to customers
• Confers with internal stakeholders to provide proof of delivery requests from customers.
Qualifications
Bilingual communication: French and English
2-3 years of customer relations experience
Post-secondary studies preferred
Intermediate skill level in excel, word, and outlook.
Systems Pocket 21 knowledge is nice to have
Adjusting effectively to work through changes in tasks or environment
Building Customer Loyalty
Communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas
Actively participating as a member of a team to assist in the completion of goals
Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; being proactive
Effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
NEEDS VALID PASSPORT
Ability to write reports & business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
Ability to apply to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
