Responsibilities
Answering customers' calls and emails in French and English
Connect the system user with the administrator client
Provide product support to clients using our payroll system
Work with the sales department for customer relationship management
Presentation of products at the close of sales;
Updating database
Follow-ups on any issues until resolution
Other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service;
- Bilingualism (French-English) spoken and written;
- Excellent sense of organization;
- Attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
- Analytical good sense, dynamism, enthusiasm
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
