Schedule: Mon to Fri 7:30 to 4 *onsite only*
Permanent position. 40hrs / week
3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Answer the phone / emails
Provide quotations
Process customer orders
Thorough and regular follow ups
Place orders with suppliers on occasion
Receive the goods
Send invoices
Other clerical tasks
Qualifications
Bilingual: French and English
2 yrs experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of MS Office software
Resourceful
Quick learner
Ability to take initiative and resolve problems
Good team spirit
Minimum High School Diploma
DEC is an asset
