Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Duration: 1-year contract (potential for permanence)
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: $25 - $30 hourly
Schedule: Full-time - Monday to Friday 7h30 - 16h00

Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests for both scheduled and unscheduled services
- Match the customer's needs with the appropriate technician
- Ensure that work is completed to the customer's satisfaction and follow up as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed execution plans for scheduled service visits
- Participate in end-of-term contract analysis meetings to evaluate customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset.
