Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative, that is fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English? Are you looking to begin a new career in our busy call center in Vancouver? If so, look no further as we are hiring!

Our Customer Service Representative role is based in Downtown Vancouver and offers lots of opportunity for growth! This role begins on January 14th.

Duties include:

- You will respond to clients requests via three platforms: over the phone/ via email and via online chat.
- You will provide excellent customer service by listening to the needs of our clients.
- Deal with client concerns, inquiries and complaints in a timely and proficient manner
- Consistently meet and exceed personal performance targets
- Builds relationships to create life-long clients
- Additional duties as assigned

Hours of operation are between 7am to 12am working a 7.5 hour shift

Qualifications
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese plus English
- A Bachelor degree, community college diploma or equivalent post-secondary education
- MUST be flexible with schedules and hours (which may include day times, evening times, weekends)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a fast paced call centre or customer service setting
- Have awesome written and verbal communication skills
