    Randstad is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to work for a very well-known transportation company in their call center setting in Woodbridge.

    This is a 12-month contract position with the potential of going permanent after 1 year. To find out more information, read below.

    This is a full-time position for a 12-month contract
    Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
    Salary: 50k
    Location: Woodbridge Ontario (Steeles and Hwy 427)
    Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
    Equipment provided
    Bilingual in French is mandatory

    Advantages

    Responsibilities
    - Taking inbound calls from customers in live time
    - Taking escalation calls from customers
    - Providing solutions to customers' account problems
    - Deescalating situations and providing conflict resolutions
    - Doing some offline work such as responding to emails and follow-ups
    - Providing top-notch customer service

    Qualifications
    - Call Center experience (Min 1-2 years)
    - Bilingual in French and English (Oral and Written)
    - Escalation is an asset
    - Solution and conflict resolutions
    - Strong communication skills
