Our client Largest Industrial Manufacturing Company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Support on a 10-month assignment in their Montreal Office. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $18.10 per hour!

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls & emails on our hotline
• Order entry and processing
• Process returns in SAP, interacting with the customer and factory
• Produce, analyze and distribute monthly reports
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Intermediate level experience using SAP (asset)
• Fast learner and motivated, tech savvy
• Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications
• Minimum 1-3 years proven success within customer service role
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Strong administrative skills
• Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity
• Strong analytical thinking and decision making
• Results driven
