You will be working with an Oakville organization but spending a significant amount of time working on site at one of their clients in Ancaster. This will not be a work from home position. The successful candidate will be hired in a permanent full time position!
ADVANTAGES
- Working on the client site in Ancaster and Oakville- Headoffice is in Oakville but you will be working weekly in Ancaster.

- Annual Salary of $45,000-$50,000

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with clients and ensuring that there is a high level of communication established.
- Ensuring that all routing guides are assigned and accepted in the system
- Scheduling appointments for products to be picked up and delivered. While ensuring that all parties are aware of deliveries.
- Communicate with clients in Quebec regarding their orders and shipping details through email and by phone.
- Review documents and system for any errors.
- Update the status in the system on where the shipment is at i.e. shipping, picked up, delivery etc.
- Track and trace shipments and communicate any delays.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both French and English
- Minimum of 2 years working in a transportation company and having knowledge of Transportation terminology and the industry
- Exceptional time management and you must be able to handle tight timelines/deadlines.
- Past experience in customer service is a strong asset in this position.
