    Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a benefits company in the Eotbicoke area. This is a temporary, full time position, with the potential to become more. Read below to find out more.

    Type: Temporary 3 months with potential for extension/long term
    Start Date: ASAP!
    Location: Etobicoke (Dundas and HWY427)
    Hybrid model: Tuesday & Wednesday in office
    Pay: $21.20/ hour
    Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm
    Equipment provided by the company
    Paid every week
    Get your foot in the door with a great organization

    Responsibilities
    - Handling inbound calls and email from customers
    - Providing customers with details about their benefits coverage
    - Assisting customers with product information as they change providers
    - Updating customers accounts after every transaction
    - Pass along escalations to higher ups
    - Provide top not service on every dayy

    Qualifications
    - Bilingual in French and English is MANDATORY
    - Call center experience
    - Customer Service experience
    - Tech savvy
    - Professional and a team player
