Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service representative to work for a manufacturing company at their head office in Mississauga.

This is a permanent opportunity with full time hours located in the Mississauga area. To learn more, read below!

Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (No evenings or Weekends!)
Salary: 52k-55k + Bonus (Competitive)
Location: Mississauga (403 and Winston Churchill)
2 Weeks vacation to start

Job duties of a Bilingual Customer Service representative are, but not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls from clients/distributors
- Processing orders in the system
- Updating clients profiles in the system
- Tracking and tracing orders
- Processing replacements or damaged products
- Order management from start to finish
- Taking roughly 30-50 calls a day
- Providing top notch customer service

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is a MUST (non French speaking candidates will NOT be considered)
- 2-3 years of customer service experience/order management
- SAP experience is an asset
- Strong communication, professional, customer focused
- Team player, able to work under pressure and without being micro managed
- Tech savy
