Type: Temporary - 6 months. Potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00 pm
Location: Dixie Rd and Eglington Ave (Mississauga)
Hybrid: 1-3 days in offce
Pay: $25.64
Equipment provided (Will need to use own equipment at home)
2 weeks training period
If taken on Perm:
Benefits + Vacation

Advantages

Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and email from brokers
- Assisting brokers with any payment issues
- Verifying invoices with attentiveness to detail
- Dealing with any complaints or issues the brokers are having
- Providing top notch customer service
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is a MUST
- Experience within an insurance/financial setting is an aset
- Finance or accounting experience/relevant education is an asset
- Microsoft office experience especially with Excel is mandatory
- Strong customer service skills
