Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and tickets, assisting customers and consumers
- Receive, process, verify and confirm customer orders
- Provide product knowledge to customers, helping them find the best product for their needs
- Order products for customers with damaged items
- Track and trace orders, process returns and refunds
- Work alongside sales team to ensure clients are serviced correctly
- Provide top notch service on every call
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French is MANDATORY
- Customer service experience is a must
- Order management and order entry is an asset
- Attention to detail and organization
- Self motivated
