Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Be able to understand the customers needs to provide them with a solution
- Identify the customers inquiry and direct ensure proper course of action
- Respond to any calls & emails
- Enter and process customer orders into an organization's order management system.
- Make changes, modifications or create files in data base
Qualifications
The qualifications needed for this position are:
- Fluency level bilingualism in English and French is a must ( oral and written)
- Min 1 -2 years customer service related experience.
- Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering) - an asset
- Proven ability using the Internet and Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with ability to learn other software as needed. Experience using an AS400 and/ or other Customer database Management system is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization.
