Bilingual Customer Service

Type: 8-12 weeks
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday regular business hours
Location: Scarborough (401 and Markham Rd)
Pay: $22-$23 / hour

Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and emails from customers
- Processing orders in the system
- Updating customer's accounts after each transaction
- Providing product knowledge and assistance for customers inquiries
- Dealing with large orders, ensuring everything is entered correctly
- Processes customers payments
- Dealing with return and refunds
- Providing top-notch service on every call

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Customer Service or order management
- SAP experience is an asset
- Able to think on your feet
- Personable and friendly
