job description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative for our client in the printing and telecommunications industry.

-Prioritize and answer as a team 125 customer calls daily in French language
-Follow and adhere to order processes
-Take customer orders as required
- Handle returns effectively and in timely manner
- Prioritize and manage customer issues and resolve in timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints

Qualifications
