    We are looking to fill several positions for a Bilingual Data Processor role for an established Canadian financial and investment institution. This role primarily requires bilingualism in English and French, our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and has strong technical abilities with various computer applications.

    Responsibilities
    - Entering redemption, adding money to RRSP accounts, making account changes
    - Transferring agency processing
    - Clearing queue of transactions to process
    - Collaborating and partnering with team members to resolve the issue
    - Communicate with clients on progress updates (minimal)



    Qualifications
    - 1 year of experience in client services
    - Bilingual in French and English is mandatory
    - Prioritize work and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    - Exhibit agility to meet tight deadlines
    - Be curious about the industry and conduct research to find solutions
