Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assess property damage (commercial and residential) and casualty claims by conducting loss investigations and negotiating settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while maintaining high performance and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
Qualifications
-At least 5 years of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment
-Post-secondary education in an insurance related field will be considered an asset
-CIP certified or in the process of obtaining CIP certification
-Expertise experience on the road including the investigation and detailed reports of property damage claims and miscellaneous risks
-Working knowledge of Xactimate and XactAnalysis required
-Bilingual (English and French)
-Strong computer and reporting skills, including Office 365
-Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
-Ready to work in a dynamic environment offering career prospects
