This is a great opportunity opening up with CHUM as a dispatcher.

Our client is currently looking for a full-time customer service agent to dispatch inbound calls.

As a dispatcher you will be responsible for:

- Respecting policies et procedures established by management in terms of call dispatching
- Answering internal calls from colleagues
- Assigning employees according to tasks while respecting clauses from the collective convention
- Performing follow ups and updating employee files
- Preparing cases and following up with operators
- Placing orders and purchases
- Defining mechanical priorities with the operational team

The work day is on rotation
Availabilities must be 24/7

Week 1: 4 days of 12 hours
Week 2: 3 days of 12 hours

Total of 42 hours per week - 40 hours paid normally and 2 hours included as overtime

Location: CHUM Montreal - Métro Champs de Mars

- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Experience as a security agent - Preferred
- Experience with Garda - Preferred
- Knowledge base of computer technologies (Gmail, Word, Excel, etc)
- DEC in transportation logistics - ¨Preferred
- Perfectly bilingual
