We are working with a well established company in the Moose Creek area, who is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join their growing team! This role requires an agile, analytical individual to ensure their products are delivered efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction! The dispatcher is expected to manage several responsibilities, tasks and details to ensure cost effective solutions and asset management (people, products and equipment).

Responsibilities
Overseeing commercial and residential deliveries
Route planning and management
Working closely with the Customer service team, and the fulfillment manager
Driver, licensing and permit management
Assist logistics team with receiving, counts and transfers of inventory
Manage install scheduling, and monitor key reports
Manage team safety, compliance, and incident reporting
Lend a hand when needed
Qualifications
Must be Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
5 + years of dispatching experience in a transport, logistics or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with map of Ottawa, Montreal, South Shore, and North Shore
Ability to organize information, and scheduling
Positive, outgoing personality with strong attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Strong customer service abilities
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
ERP or SAP experience is an asset
IFTA, CVOR and other reporting is an asset
Ability to adapt to different situations, and problem solve on the go
Valid Driver's license
