Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an Executive Assistant in Media and Communications in downtown Montreal :
- Perform coordination and follow-up of all activities, agenda and administrative and operational documentation for the Vice President;
- Ensure the preparation of routine correspondence and other word processing work;
- Ensure the linguistic revision of all documents in both French and English;
- Maintain links with all groups in the company;
- Ensure the logistics of meetings held by the Vice-President in Montreal and elsewhere;
- Receive and forward mail;
- Manage the telephone communications of the general management;
- Complete expense accounts, requests and requisitions;
- Prepare routine reports and perform regular filing of documents to be retained;

Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this Executive Assistant position in the media and communications field in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingualism (English and French), both written and spoken
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to demonstrate autonomy, initiative, judgment, discretion and organizational skills
- Management of priorities
- Excellent knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
