Responsibilities
•Effective time management to ensure clients are reached in a timely manner
•Build and maintain customer relationships by being the face of the company
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment independently
•Complete all reports and paperwork concisely and as per requirements
•Act as a mentor and take on a leadership role with new hires
Qualifications
•At least 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment, Aerial Lift or Diesel Mechanic
•Criminal background check and clean driving abstract is required with a valid G drivers license
•Previous leadership/mentor experience
•Related experience or mechanical aptitude
•Successfully complete a mechanical/electrical aptitude test
•Asset: Bilingual in English and French
