    Randstad is looking to hire bilingual fraud detection agents to work for a well-known financial company. This is a permanent full-time position, and you could be located anywhere in Canada. To find out more, read below.

    Location: Anywhere in Canada- Work from home
    Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun 9am-12:30am (Rotational shifts)
    Salary: $23-$25 / hour

    Responsibilities
    -Taking inbound calls from customers, some follow-up calls required
    -Assisting customers with fraudulent activities on accounts
    -Processing claims and starting investigations
    -Re-activating customer accounts after investigation
    -Making outbound calls to consumers to verify facts
    -Collaborating with other teams to create great customer service

    Qualifications
    -Bilingual and and English MUST
    -Experience in financial fraud is a must
    -Call center experience minimum 1 year
    -Financial experience is an asset
    -Critical thinking & teamwork
