This position is working onsite.Pay rate: $23.50/hourRotational shifts: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/weekHigh potential for contract extension, conversion to full time opportunity as well.Advantages●Gain experience working for a leading and globally recognized organization●Earn a competitive rate within the industry●Work full time hours on a 12 month assignment with potential for extension●Onsite training●Start date is ASAPResponsibilitiesAs a Service Availability Representative Bilingual, your duties will include but not be limited to:●Partnering with key stakeholders to schedule packaging and release new applications in a timely manner●Striving to improve the stability of production environment by partnering closely with key stakeholders on setting up things●Providing effective day-to-day support for applications/systems through accurate problem identification and timely resolution of production issues●Ensuring timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution●Delivering effective and defect-free support (application, hardware, software and/or operations), researching system issues / opportunities●Interacting with clients to provide quality service/solutions consistent with objectives and client requirements●Identify and address application and data issues and cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity●Consulting with other functional areas to provide technical expertise on area of specialization by acting as a reference on technology, trends and processes related to own area●Deploying base infrastructure components such as servers, operating systems and middleware for all environments●Responding to requests for information and assist project teams in evaluating alternate approaches●Providing Disaster Recovery support by assisting in defining / reviewing disaster recovery plans and by participating in testing●Assessing and analyzing optimization opportunities to the operational environment to improve performance and/or resource utilization●Ensuring effective change management discipline is used●Identifying/implementing process improvements to enhance revenue, customer experience and/or reduce costs●Making effective use of the cost management processes in place in own unit●Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in client services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques ●Keeping current with industry and/or business trendsQualifications●Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills●Ability to work independently and manage one's time●Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
