Our client, a leading professional services institution is looking for a Bilingual (French) Executive Assistant to work a 12-month assignment in downtown Montreal. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week at a rate of $28.57 per hour.

•Managing calendars
•Arranging internal and external meetings
•Print, track various documents, manage print and send requests
•Preparation and booking of trips by managing costs: make reservations in advance, prepare itineraries, coordinate last-minute changes (flights, car, hotel, communication with the team), maintain the profiles of travelers, help implement guidelines, handle passport and visa issues, etc.

●Supplier invoice processing

• Gain experience working for a well recognized organization
• Earn the competitive wage of $28.57per hour
• Work in downtown Montreal
• Work full time hours on a 12-month contract

• At least 3 years of successful administrative experience
•Recent strong experience supporting top senior executives in an organization is required
•Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (ability to produce high-end tables and graphics. Must have a sense of aesthetics for Power Point presentations)
•Strong project management/prioritization and follow-up skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills -
•Ability to anticipate business needs and make suggestions for improvements
•Strong attention to detail, including excellent proofreading and grammar skills
•Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, continuous improvement environment
•Previous experience working in the Professional Services or Financial Services industry, preferred but not required
