Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for an entry level candidate to work as an Insurance Operations Administrator on a 6-month assignment in their Downtown Toronto location. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $23.93 per hour!

• Provides accurate, efficient and timely issuance of policies and related documentation.
• Provide an opportunity to increase technical proficiency (with the ability to answer questions on transactional questions)
• Process improvements projects
• Take ownership of personal development and behaviors, proactively improving knowledge and skills
• Comply with company policy for continuous professional development
• This individual will also support Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support.
• First level issue resolution.

• Work for a well recognized organization
• Pay rate: $23.93 per hour
• Downtown Toronto Location
• ASAP start (6-month contract with potential of permanent opportunity)

• MUST be bilingual in French and English
• MUST have the Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Extremely quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment
• Attention to detail is crucial since quality control the most important part of issuing Certificates of Insurance to our clients.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• 0-2 years’ operations or administration work experience, with insurance background or knowledge a plus
• University or College education or above
