A world leading manufacturer of soft contact lenses and related products and services located in Richmond Hill is hiring a Bilingual (French/English) Call Center Agent to join their growing customer service team.

The successful candidate will work on the order entry team, and in customer service handling B2B and B2C needs for their world class contact lenses.

- Permanent opportunity with set shifts during regular business hours - NO WEEKENDS
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Located in Richmond Hill at the intersection of Highway 7 and Leslie Street

SALARY: $40-42k annually
+ Attendance incentive for bonus

Who are you?
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, Spanish is a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written French and English communication
- Call center experience is an asset
- Previous experience in the optical industry an asset
- B2B experience is an asset
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive and upbeat with excellent telephone demeanor
- Computer savvy with an ability to learn new software quickly
- A team player with the ability to think independently and work well with minimal supervision

What will you be doing?
- Handling B2B or retail orders for contact lenses
- Progress into customer service taking inbound calls from opticians and customers, live chat, email and e-commerce
- 300 calls per day - split within a team of 10 people
- Processing orders in client management system
- Attend to client questions regarding shipping and other order details
- Ensuring client receives orders in a timely manner
- Problem solve issues when required
